The reconciliation process initiated ahead of the 2027 general elections has though gained both acceptance and disapproval as the committee constituted by the Governor of Kano State, Abba Kabir Yusuf, commenced engagements with aspirants and stakeholders across various federal constituencies and state assembly seats in the state.

Though many invitees turned up for the meeting, the Chairperson of Tudun-Wada Local Government and Kano State ALGON Chairperson, Hajiya Sa’adatu Salisu Yusha’u, alongside her husband, Salisu Yusha’u ignored the governor.
