BREAKING: Civil Defence, Immigration Service, Fire Service, others Fix Date For computer-based recruitment test

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced that a computer-based test (CBT) will soon be conducted for shortlisted applicants in its ongoing recruitment exercise.

In a public notice shared on X on Wednesday, the Board thanked Nigerians for their patience and assured applicants that preparations for the next stage of the process were in progress.

According to the statement, the CBT will hold across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) for candidates who successfully met the initial requirements.

“Applicants who earlier applied for various positions into any of the four services are required to visit the Board’s portal
next week to check if they are shortlisted to take part in the CBT, as well as their designated centres and time,” the statement read.

The Board cautioned applicants to rely only on its official website and avoid fake recruitment links circulating online.

“All applicants are enjoined to take note of the Board’s portal address highlighted above to avoid being scammed,” it warned.
