Pepsi Officially Announce The Wizkid GOAT Concert
Pepsi has officially announced the GOAT (Greatest of All Time) Experience concert, headlined by Wizkid, set to take place in Lagos on December 28, further cementing the brand’s position as a driving force behind Nigeria’s entertainment and pop culture ecosystem.
The announcement comes as part of Pepsi’s #BabaForTheStreetz December 2025 campaign, a celebration of music, culture, and the high-energy experiences that define Detty December in Nigeria.
Over the years, Pepsi has consistently powered some of the country’s most iconic concerts, festivals, and cultural moments, becoming synonymous with the sounds and experiences that move the streets.
Wizkid’s return to Lagos for the GOAT concert is expected to be one of the defining moments of the season, bringing together fans, music lovers, and culture enthusiasts for a night that reflects the scale and influence of Nigerian music on the global stage.
With December already packed with events, the GOAT concert stands out as a landmark moment, not just for its headline act, but for what it represents: a brand deeply embedded in culture, amplifying the voices, sounds, and energy of the streets.
As Lagos counts down to December 28, one thing is clear, when it comes to unforgettable entertainment experiences, Pepsi remains the Baba for the Streetz.
FIFA are not looking to punish Argentina players who celebrated their 2-1 victory over England at the World Cup, with a banner referencing the Falkland Islands.
The UK Metro reports that this means the players are unlikely to be banned ahead of Sunday’s final against Spain.

Players including Manchester United defender Lisandro Martinez, Chelsea’s Enzo Fernandez and former Tottenham midfielder Giovani Lo Celso were among the players pictured holding the banner.
Article 34.3 of the World Cup rules prohibits the display of any political messages or slogans by players before, during or after a match.
