Adamawa State Command of the Nigeria Police has launched a search for a stolen Camry car.
The Command said late in the night of Monday that the car was reported stolen from a busy spot around newly constructed Fire Service Junction, Yola
“The above vehicle, a Camry Fish with registration number plate DSA 674 AA (ADAMAWA), has been reported stolen around Fire Service Flyover, Yola North LGA,” the Command said in a ‘Stolen Item’ notice.
The notice, signed by the state Police Public Relations Officer, Suleiman Nguroje, explained that the state Commissioner of Police, CP Dankombo Morris, “has deployed the surveillance team of the Command ‘s Anti-Car Theft Unit to go after the perpetrator(s) for possible recovery of the stolen vehicle.”
According to the notice, “The Command is appealing to members of the public with useful information that will assist in recovering the stolen vehicle and possibly arresting the occupants.”
